Who We Are

Theo Event Co. is a Toronto wedding planning and design studio specializing in intimate, thoughtfully considered celebrations.

We believe smaller weddings create space for something special, more intention, more personality, and more meaningful moments with the people who matter most.

From the flow of the day to the details that shape the atmosphere, we approach each wedding with care and consideration. We think about how your guests move through the space, how the room feels when they arrive, the lighting as dinner begins, the music playing in the background, and all the little details that quietly bring everything together.
