Four to six weeks before your wedding, we sit down with you to break down everything you have planned for your special day. We create a detailed itinerary, manage vendor arrival and setups, assist with the setup of ceremony and reception decor, and are the main contact with all vendors. This package ensures that all the little details are complete before your wedding day so you can be fully present with your loved ones.

- Rehearsal assistance

- 1 assistant at no extra charge

- Coordinate with all vendors during the event

- Guide bridal party during ceremony processional

- Assist with general decor setup (favours, guestbook, escort cards, etc…)

- Organize and coordinate special events (Introductions, First Dance, Cake Cutting, etc…)

- Distribute final vendor payments

- Additional duties as assigned

WHAT IS THE PROCESS?

no. 1: ENQUIRY

Interested in hiring Theo Event Co. to manage your wedding? Please contact us to get started! If your date is available, we will schedule a discovery meeting (either online or in-person).

no. 2: discovery meeting
–

During the discovery meeting, we will chat about you, your wedding plans and how Theo Event Co. can help you. When you’re ready to get started, we’ll collect a signed contract and initial payment, and schedule the kick off meeting.

no. 3: KICK OFF MEETING
–

This is the first meeting where we sit down and go through everything you have planned and tie up any last minute details. A site visit to your venue(s) will also be done at the same time or a later date. We may schedule a second meeting to finalize any remaining details.
