- 1 in-person meeting (Final details meeting)
- Unlimited contact via email
- Additional duties as assigned
- Set up based on your requirements (table numbers, place cards, guest book, card box, menus, welcome sign, ceremony decor, etc…)

WHAT IS THE PROCESS?
no. 1: ENQUIRY

Interested in hiring Theo Event Co. to set up and/or tear down your wedding? Please contact us to get started! If your date is available, we will schedule a phone meeting to discuss your requires and our services further.
no. 2: initial meeting

During the phone meeting, we will chat about your set up and/or tear down requirements. When you’re ready to get started, we’ll collect a signed contract and initial payment, and schedule a final details meeting.
no. 3: final details MEETING
–
During this meeting, we'll sit down together and outline all the final setup requirements, including how items should be labeled, organized and prepared for the wedding day.
no. 4: wedding day!

As you prepare to walk down the aisle, we'll take care of executing the discussed setup details at the venue, ensuring everything is in place as planned during our meeting.
